Ingredients
2 tbsp | minced shallots |
120 ml | dry white wine |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
180 ml | double cream |
½ tsp | hot pepper sauce |
1 tsp | salt |
1 tbsp | dill weed |
230 g | butter, unsalted, cut into pieces |
Instructions
Combine shallots, wine and lemon juice in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat until liquid has reduced and thickened. Add cream and cook until liquid measures about 120ml. Stir in pepper sauce, salt and dill weed. Stir.Preparation time:
