Butter chocolates recipe details
Ingredients
25 g | coconut oil |
250 g | nougat |
50 g | butter |
3 tbsp | orange liqueur |
200 g | white chocolate |
Instructions
Melt coconut oil and allow to cool. Stir in butter and nougat. Add the liqueur. Put the mixture into the refrigerator until firm. Afterwards whisk until frothy.Fill into a piping bag with a small nozzle and pipe little heaps onto a tray lined with baking paper. Refrigerate overnight.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and coat the nougat heaps with the chocolate.
