Ingredients

For the dough:
500 g flour
1 pack(s) yeast, crumbled
salt
60 g butter
60 g sugar
¼ l milk
1 medium egg
For the topping:
200 g butter
6 tbsp sugar
cinnamon

Instructions

In a bowl, mix all dough ingredients together. Knead until well combined. Allow to stand at a warm place for 30 minutes.

Knead the dough. Roll out the dough and arrange onto a lined baking tray. Penetrate the cake bottom with a fork several times.

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Top the cake with butter flakes. Mix together the sugar and the cinnamon. Sprinkle the cake with the cinnamon mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden and crispy.
