Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon hot sauce
- 2 ounces blue cheese
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 6 radishes, shredded
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 8 (6-inch) soft corn tortillas, warmed
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 12 mins1. Pour olive oil into a large skillet and set over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken on both sides with salt and pepper, then cook in hot oil for about 6 minutes per side, until no longer pink inside.
2. Set the chicken on a plate, slice thinly, and drizzle with hot sauce on both sides. Keep warm.
