Brussels sprouts in onion and mustard sauce recipe details
Ingredients
700 g | brussels sprouts |
60 g | butter |
1 medium | red onion, chopped |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | Dijon mustard |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 ½ tbsp | red wine vinegar |
1 pinch(es) | granulated sugar |
Instructions
Cook sprouts until soft and tender. Drain well.In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté onion in a bit of oil. Add parsley, mustard, garlic, vinegar and sugar and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Add sprouts and toss to coat well. Cover and cook until sprouts are heated thoroughly.
