Brownies for thin people only recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 4 squares bitter chocolate
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/4 cup flour
- Half of 6-ounce package Heathbrickle bits
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Melt chocolate and butter together and cool slightly. In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in chocolate mixture, then flour. Pour into 9 x 13-inch glass Pyrex pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with brickle and toffee bits to make an even layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until firm.
