Broiled nuts cake topping recipe details
Ingredients
60 g | butter, unsalted |
2 tbsp | whipping cream |
100 g | brown sugar |
90 g | pecans, chopped |
30 g | shredded coconut |
Instructions
In a medium saucepan combine butter and cream. Cook and stir until butter melts. Add brown sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.Remove from heat and stir in chopped pecans and shredded coconut. Spread over warm cake and broil for 2-3 minutes.
