|500 g||broccoli, cut into chunks|
|120 ml||sour cream|
|60 g||Cheddar cheese, grated|
Cook broccoli in slightly salted water until just tender.
Preheat oven to 150°C.
In a large bowl, combine sour cream and cheddar cheese and mix until smooth. Stir in broccoli and then pour into prepared pan. Dot with butter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
