Broccoli and Pasta Casserole with Chicken Breast and Mozzarella recipe

|250 g||tagliatelle or other pasta|
|200 g||chicken breast, cooked|
|salt and pepper|
|freshly ground nutmeg|
|250 g||mozzarella cheese|
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente then drain.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Divide the broccoli into florets. Slice the mushrooms. Peel the tomatoes then dice. Also dice the cooked chicken breast.
Mix the pasta, vegetables and chicken breast in a greased casserole dish. Whisk the eggs and the milk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Chop most of the basil leaves and mix them into the milk, set some aside for garnishing.
Pour the egg and milk mixture over the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Then slice the Mozzarella cheese and divide on the casserole. Bake for further 15 minutes until golden brown.
Garnish with the remaining basil and serve.
