Ingredients
100 g | butter |
100 g | sugar |
2 | eggs, slightly beaten |
100 g | self-raising flour |
50 g | sultanas |
Instructions
Divide 16 baking cases onto baking sheets.Mix the butter and sugar together until fluffy. Gradually beat in the egg, a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold in the flour and the sultanas.
Fill the baking cases to half and bake at 190°C for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
