Ingredients
230 g | butter |
70 g | powdered sugar |
¼ tsp | salt |
2 tsp | vanilla |
200 g | flour |
60 g | pecans, chopped |
additional powdered sugar, for coating |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C. Put the additional powdered sugar in a bowl. Set aside.Combine butter and sugar and with an electric mixer; then gradually mix in the sugar. Add the salt, vanilla, flour, and pecans and mix to a stiff dough.
Pinch off small pieces of the dough and roll into balls. Place the balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and roll them in powdered sugar while still warm.
Cool before serving.
