Bristol coach house granola recipe details
- Ingredients
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw walnuts/ pecans/ hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup raw sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 3 cups raisins
In a large bowl blend oats, coconut, sunflower seeds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, and cinnamon. In a smaller bowl mix oil, honey, water, and vanilla.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pour liquid mixture over dry ingredients, excluding raisins.Stir and coat well. Bake in large roasting pan about 1/2 hour until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Watch carefully, as “too brown” happens all of a sudden. Cool thoroughly before adding raisins. Store in freezer.
