Brie Spread recipe

Ingredients
125 g | brie |
125 g | cream cheese |
2 tbsp | butter or margarine |
2 tbsp | onion, finely diced |
1 tbsp | chives, chopped |
½ tsp | paprika |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
All ingredients should be at room temperature. Mash the Brie with a fork and add all other ingredients and mix together. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
This spread tastes great on any type of rye bread, crackers, etc.
You can also add 2 tbsp of yoghurt to make a dip especially good in order to dip pretzels.
