Bremerton baked eggs recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- One 4-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- seasoned salt
- 1-1/2 ounces ham, minced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1 Tablespoon butter in small skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onion and saute until onion is soft. Remove from heat and set aside. Butter four ramekins and place in shallow baking dish. Pour water into dish to depth of about 1/4 inch. Beat eggs with cream in large bowl; season with the seasoned salt. Add mushroom-onion mixture, add ham and blend thoroughly. Fill ramekins evenly. Bake until golden, about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
