Breakfast pizza with gravy recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 envelope country gravy mix, prepared according to package directions
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and coat a pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Spread out pizza dough onto the pizza pan. Poke a few times with a fork, then bake until very light brown, about 10 minutes.
3. While dough is baking, brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat with the onion and pepper. Add gravy.
4. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk. Melt butter in a clean skillet over medium heat; cook eggs in melted butter until set, breaking up into smaller pieces as they cook.
5. Pour sausage gravy over the cooked pizza crust, then top with eggs and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 5 or 10 minutes to melt the cheese and reheat all ingredients.
6. Serve in wedges.
