Ingredients
1/2 pound sausage (I use Jimmy Dean brand)
One 5-ounce can crescent rolls
1 cup frozen hash browns (I use thawed and crumbled patties)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Cook sausage; drain. Separate dough; spread out in greased pizza pan. Seal edges. Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle hash brown potatoes. Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over sausage and potatoes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
