Breakfast Brunch recipe

Ingredients
8 | bacon rashers |
4 | low-fat sausages |
Ciabatta, sliced in half | |
8 tbsp | Brown sauce |
4 small | mushrooms, sliced |
4 | tomatoes, sliced |
4 medium | eggs |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place the ciabatta on a non-stick baking tray. Sprinkle the edges with water before topping. Spread Brown sauce over the bread and top with remaining ingredients making a well in the centre for the egg.
Crack the egg into the well and place the bread with the toppings in the oven. Cook for approximately 10 minutes until the sausages are thoroughly cooked.
