Ingredients:
4 small ripe bananas
2 Tablespoons instant coffee granules
2 Tablespoons hot water
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1-1/8 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
1 Tablespoon toasted slivered almonds
Instructions:

Peel and slice 1 banana and mash the remaining 3 with a fork. Dissolve the coffee in hot water and stir into the mashed bananas.

Spoon a little of the mashed banana mixture into four serving dishes and sprinkle with sugar. Top with a spoonful of yogurt, and repeat until all the ingredients are used up.

Swirl the last layer of yogurt for a marbled effect. Finish with a few banana slices and slivered almonds. Serve cold.

Variation:Add a dash of dark rum or brandy to the bananas for extra richness.
