Bratwurst with Zucchini and Potato Pur e recipe
|400 g||zucchini, chopped (or 10 small ones)|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|½||vegetable stock cube|
|150 ml||Scotch ale|
|1 pack(s)||potato purée, 75g|
|some||olive oil for frying|
In a large grying pan heat some olive oil over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook a little before adding the glass of water. Add the vegetable stock cube and stir until dissolved.
Add the washed and chopped zuchhini and stir with a wooden spoon. Add the Scotch ale, stir and let simmer for about 40 minutes or until zucchini are tender.
After 30 minutes of cooking add the Bratwurst sausages into the same pan and leave to cook together with the zucchini.
Meanwhile prepare the potato purée according to the packet or your own preferred way.
Arrange everything together on a one plate and serve.
