Here’s a new pizza topping idea: Sliced bratwurst and mustard, for a pizza that looks kind of like a pretzel.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1/2 pound prepared pizza dough
- 1 (12 ounce) package cooked bratwurst
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon caraway seeds, or to taste
- Yellow mustard
Preparation method
Prep: 25 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and coat a 9-inch cast-iron skillet nonstick cooking spray. Press pizza dough into skillet and allow dough to do its final rise, about 30 minutes.
2. While dough is rising, sear the bratwursts in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Slice into bite-sized pieces.
3. Arrange seared bratwurst on the risen pizza dough and coat with olive oil. Press the sausages down into the dough slightly, then distribute caraway seeds (to taste) over the pizza.
4. Bake pizza for 25 minutes, until golden-brown. Squeeze mustard in a spiral over the pizza and serve in slices.
