Ingredients

500 g braised meat, cut into 4 sliced, leftovers
500 g tomatoes, peeled and diced
3  onions, chopped
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
250 ml vegetable stock
½ bunch(es) parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
1 tbsp butter

Instructions

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Layer the meat, tomatoes and onions and add the garlic and vegetable stock. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and stew over low heat for 20-25 minutes.

Turn the meat slices. Cover and stew for 10 more minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
