Braised meat with onion and tomato recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | braised meat, cut into 4 sliced, leftovers |
500 g | tomatoes, peeled and diced |
3 | onions, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
250 ml | vegetable stock |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Layer the meat, tomatoes and onions and add the garlic and vegetable stock. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and stew over low heat for 20-25 minutes.Turn the meat slices. Cover and stew for 10 more minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
