Bourbon Balls recipe

Ingredients
80 | vanilla wafers |
260 g | powdered sugar |
30 g | cocoa |
60 ml | corn syrup |
115 g | pecans, chopped |
90 g | bourbon |
some | powdered sugar for dusting |
Instructions
In a bowl crush vanilla wafers into tiny crumbs. Add the powdered sugar, pecans and cocoa. Mix well. Fold in bourbon and corn syrup and combine well.
Roll the dough into small balls and dust with powdered sugar.
Refrigerate balls in a tightly covered container. These Bourbon Balls taste best when prepared a couple of days in advance as the flavour develops after one day.
