Bombay bombshell curry, recipe Rating: 4.5

Ingredients
Sauce:
1 medium sized onion
1 clove garlic
cubed meat of your choice
peas
1 potato diced
water or stock
1 teaspoon turmeric
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
salt to taste
steamed rice
1 teaspoon steak spice

Directions:Dice an onion and a clove of garlic, saute in butter till soggy. Add cubed meat of your choice, peas, diced potato and stock or water. Put in 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 3/4 teaspoon each of ground ginger and cayenne pepper. Add salt to taste and simmer a while. Tastes smoother if reheated next day. Serve with boiled rice made per instructions re: rice/water ratio, but put a teaspoon of steak spice into the water, before starting to boil the rice.
