Bok choy with oyster sauce recipe details
Ingredients
1 bunch(es) | baby bok choy |
1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
2 tbsp | oyster sauce |
1 dash(es) | sesame oil |
1 tbsp | peanut oil |
Instructions
Trim and wash bok choy leaves.Bring water to the boil, stir in vegetable oil, add bock choy and simmer for 1 minute or until bok choy is tender.
Remove bock choy, drain and place on a platter. Drizzle with oyster sauce and sesame oil.
Heat peanut oil until moderatly hot and carefully pour over bok choy.
Serve immediately.
