Ingredients
500 ml | water |
500 g | confectioners’ sugar |
4 medium | eggs, whites only |
1 tsp | cream of tartar |
2 tsp | vanilla extract |
Instructions
Combine the sugar and water in a medium saucepan, cover and cook for 3 minutes. The syrup should drip in a thin thread from a spoon.Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Add syrup in a thin stream while constantly beating egg whites. Add cream of tartar and vanilla.
Frost cake immediately.
