|500 g||confectioners’ sugar|
|4 medium||eggs, whites only|
|1 tsp||cream of tartar|
|2 tsp||vanilla extract|
Combine the sugar and water in a medium saucepan, cover and cook for 3 minutes. The syrup should drip in a thin thread from a spoon.
Beat egg whites and salt until foamy. Add syrup in a thin stream while constantly beating egg whites. Add cream of tartar and vanilla.
Frost cake immediately.
