Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 uncooked bratwurst links
- 2 small apples, cored and sliced into bite-size pieces
- 2 small sweet onions, sliced into bite-size pieces
- 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup apple cider
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 25 mins1. Arrange bratwursts in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook until the links are browned. Pour off excess fat.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients and let the cider come to a boil. Simmer covered on low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sausages are no longer pink inside and the potato is tender.
