1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar or sugar substitute
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 Tablespoons grated lemon peel
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute


Beat butter, sugar, juice, and eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir dry mixture into egg mixture and slowly drizzle in milk. Fold in peel, nuts, and blueberries. Pour into greased 8 x 4-inch glass bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 75 minutes or until it tests done. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients. Remove bread from pan and glaze while hot. Cool on rack.
