Blueberry gingerbread recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | honey |
3 medium | eggs |
1 tbsp | ginger bread spice mix |
3 tbsp | baking powder |
100 g | brown sugar |
150 g | ground hazelnuts |
4 tbsp | blueberries |
250 g | wheat flour |
Instructions
Warm honey to lukewarm and stir in eggs. Mix flour and baking powder, add spice mix, sugar and hazelnuts. Add to honey and stir until well combined. Fold in blueberries.Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread dough on baking tray. Preheat oven to 170°C and bake for 15-20 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack and cut in pieces.
Store in air tight containers.
