Black spaghetti with a creamy salmon sauce recipe details
Ingredients
2 piece(s) | salmon, frozen or fresh |
1 large | onion , chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
1 tbsp | tomato puree |
4 tbsp | tomatoes (package) |
4 tbsp | cheese spread (like laughing cow) |
200 ml | sour cream |
some | vegetable stock |
basil leaves (or rocket leaves) | |
salt | |
black pepper | |
200 g | black pasta (coloured with squid ink) |
some | sugar |
1 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Cook pasta.Fry onions in oil, add tomato puree and roast for a minute. Add some sugar, then garlic and tomatoes from the package. Add some vegetable stock, cover the pot and let cook for a little while.
Cut salmon in pieces and add to the pot, let it simmer for a few minutes. Add cheese spread and sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Top with basil or rocket leaves and serve on black spaghetti.
