Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 8 black peppercorns
- 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
- 3/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1/3 cup diced peeled cucumber
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teasppon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Fresh dill sprigs, for garnish
Preparation method
