- Ingredients
- 1 cup yellow corn meal
- 1 cup flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons oil
