- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn (white, yellow, or Mexican corn)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Chopped cilantro
Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Can add diced avocado just before serving if desired.
