Seasoned cheesy ground beef is the base for a hot and cheesy nacho dip. Serve with lots of crispy tortilla chips.

Ingredients

• 1 box Betty Crocker Cheesy Enchilada Hamburger Helper(R)
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
• 16 ounces thick and chunky salsa
• 16 ounces sour cream, stirred
• 16 ounces fiesta blend shredded cheese
• 1 tablespoon chopped dried onions
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• pinch of salt
• pinch of black ground pepper

Preparation method

Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 20 mins

1. Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Drain fat and prepare Hamburger Helper(R) dinner as directed on box; do not use topping. Stir in refried beans. Turn off heat and let stand ten minutes. Spoon into 12×8 inch dish, smooth out flat, and top with shredded cheese. Let stand for 10 minutes to allow the cheese to melt. Pour the salsa over the cheese, and top with the sour cream.
