Nothing fancy here, just kielbasa and onions for simple flavor for this easy homemade pizza.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 pound kielbasa, coarsely chopped
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F and coat a rimmed 11×18-inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Pour 1 tablespoon oil into a large skillet and set over medium heat. Cook kielbasa in hot oil for about 5 minutes to crisp up the cut edges, then pour into a bowl.
3. Pour 1 more tablespoon oil into the skillet and stir in the onions. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring, then sprinkle with salt and pepper and turn heat down to medium-low. Continue to cook until onions are browned, about 10 more minutes.
4. Press out dough to fit inside the baking sheet. Top with onions, kielbasa, dried thyme, and Gruyere.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes, until crust has browned and cheese melts.
