Ingredients:
2 cups light brown sugar
2 egg whites
2 Tablespoons flour
Pinch of salt
1 cup nut meats or coconut
Instructions:

Beat egg whites, adding sugar slowly until egg whites are stiff. Add remaining ingredients and drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a slow oven (325 to 350 degrees) for about 8 minutes. Cool on a rack after baking.
