Ingredients
Makes: 18 bites- 1 cup lump crabmeat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parlsey
- 1 small clove garlic, pressed
- 1 teaspoon crab boil seasoning
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
- 18 cremini mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Stir crab, cream cheese, green onions, parsley, garlic, crab boil seasoning, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon Romano cheese together in a bowl. Stuff mushroom caps with the mixture and set on baking sheet.
3. Stir breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons Romano together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the mushrooms, then spray mushrooms with nonstick cooking spray.
4. Bake for about 12 minutes, until mushrooms are softened. Turn on broiler and broil the mushrooms for about 1 minute to brown the breadcrumbs.
