Bess hardie’s banana muffins, recipe Rating: 4.6

Ingredients:
3 large ripe bananas
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup nuts
1 egg
1/3 cup oil
1-1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12-18 muffin tin. In medium bowl beat bananas, sugar, nuts, egg and oil together. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt while continuing to mix. Bake for 18 minutes in 400 degree oven.
