Berry Cheese Cake recipe

|50 g||soft butter|
|300 g||berries, of your choice|
|750 g||cream cheese|
|125 g||single cream|
In a bowl, combine the flour, half of the vanilla sugar, egg yolk, 1 pinch of salt, 50g of the sugar and the butter. Knead until well combined. Roll out the dough to a round and line a cake form. Prick the cake base several times with a fork. Place in the fridge for 40 minutes.
Whisk the eggs with the remaining vanilla sugar and 200g sugar until creamy. Stir in the cream cheese, cream and cornflour. Fold in the berries.
Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Sprinkle the cake base with breadcrumbs. Divide the berry and cheese cream on the cake base. Bake for 75-85 minutes.
Allow to cool before serving.
