Berry almond salad recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | cottage cheese |
120 ml | sour cream |
60 ml | honey |
½ tsp | almond extract |
450 g | strawberries, hulled, sliced |
230 g | raspberries |
230 g | blueberries |
40 g | almonds, sliced, roasted |
Instructions
Process cheese in a blender until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for 8 hours or until firm.Put cottage cheese in a bowl and fold in sour cream, honey and almond extract.
Combine all berries in a bowl and mix.
To serve, spoon about 80g into individual dessert dishes and top each serving with 2 tablespoons of the cream mixture. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
