Ingredients
1 large can(s) | artichoke hearts, drained |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 | red bell pepper, diced |
200 g | sour cream |
salt and pepper | |
garlic powder | |
chili powder |
Instructions
Place the artichokes, onion, bell pepper and cream in a blender and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and chili powder.Serve with grilled meat or bread.
