Ingredients

1 large can(s) artichoke hearts, drained
1  onion, chopped
1  red bell pepper, diced
200 g sour cream
salt and pepper
garlic powder
chili powder

Instructions

Place the artichokes, onion, bell pepper and cream in a blender and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and chili powder.

Serve with grilled meat or bread.
