Beetroot Salad recipe

|500 g||beetroot, cooked and diced|
|1 small||salad onion, thinly sliced|
|1 tbsp||balsamic vinegar|
|2 tbsp||olive oil|
|1||lemon, juice of it|
|handful||fresh parsley, chopped|
|1 pinch(es)||cumin powder|
|some||salt and ground black pepper|
Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix well. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Give it another stir and serve to white fish and new potatoes or as a refreshing side salad at a BBQ.
