Beetroot Salad recipe

Ingredients
500 g | beetroot, cooked and diced |
1 small | salad onion, thinly sliced |
1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
1 | lemon, juice of it |
handful | fresh parsley, chopped |
1 pinch(es) | cumin powder |
some | salt and ground black pepper |
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix well. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
Give it another stir and serve to white fish and new potatoes or as a refreshing side salad at a BBQ.
