Beef taco recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | mince beef |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 | red chili, diced |
400 g | tomatoes, peeled |
50 ml | tomato paste |
100 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
4 tbsp | sour cream |
4 tbsp | salsa |
lettuce, shredded | |

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180șC and heat taco shells in oven until crisp.Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion, garlic and chili. Add beef and cook until brown. Add tomatoes and use tomato paste to thicken the sauce. Let simmer for 3 minutes.
To serve spoon beef mix onto a taco shell, lettuce, sliced tomatoes and grated cheese.
Top with a dollop of sour cream and a little salsa.
