Beef stroganoff recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | round steak, cut into strips |
100 ml | olive oil |
200 ml | water |
1 | beef stock cube |
100 g | mushrooms, sliced |
240 ml | natural yogurt |
2 tbsp | flour |
180 g | egg noodles, cooked |
Instructions
Brown meat in a skillet with a bit of oil over low heat. Add water, 1 beef stock cube, mushrooms and more oil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.In a small bowl, combine yogurt and flour and blend well. Add to meat mixture and cook and stir on low heat until mixture thickens.
Serve over hot noodles.
