Ingredients
750 g | beef goulash, diced |
1 | Spanish onion, diced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, diced |
1 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
½ l | malt beer |
salt and pepper | |
1 | bay leaf |
oil, for broiling | |
stock, finely granulated |
Instructions
Sear the beef with the onions and the garlic, season it with salt and pepper.Fill the beer into the pot, add bay leaf and stock into the mixture and let everything braise for about 1 and 1/2 hours. Use the balsamic vinegar to season the taste.
Best served with mashed or fried potatoes and a fresh salad.
