Beef Stew in Beer recipe

|900 g||beef, diced|
|50 g||butter, unsalted|
|4 medium||onions, chopped|
|1 l||brown ale|
|2 tbsp||Dijon mustard|
Sauté the onions in the butter, 2 minutes. Add the beef and brown for 4-5 minutes. Add the flour, coriander and thyme and mustard. Stir well. Add the beer and cover the meat.
Cooking over low heat for 60-90 minutes.
Remove the meat and keep warm. Strain the sauce and serve.
