Ingredients
1 kg | sirloin steaks, cut into cubes |
18 large | mushrooms caps |
16 | cherry tomatoes |
12 small | onions |
Italian dressing: | |
60 ml | vinegar, red or white |
60 ml | water |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
3 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, grated |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tsp | dry pectin |
1 clove(s) | garlic, whole |
1 pinch(es) | oregano |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Dressing:
Combine all ingredients, except garlic, in a jar. Screw on top and shake well. Put a wooden pick through garlic clove and add to mixture. Cover and refrigerate dressing until thoroughly chilled. To serve, remove and discard garlic. Cover and shake dressing well.
Beef Skewers:
Place beef in a dish and coat well with the dressing mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 8 hours. Add vegetables to the beef and toss to coat.
Arrange beef and vegetables on skewers. Broil or grill over hot coals to desired doneness.
