Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 6 to 8 pound beef roast
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle Russian Dressing
- Optional: make Russian dressing
- Mayonaise
- Horseradish
- Paprika
- Worcestershire sauce
- Optional seasoning such as salt, peper, some herbs
Preparation method
Prep: 1 min | Cook: 4 hours1. Put beef roast in slow cooker. You can use dutch oven or any other (iron cast/clay…) pot to enchance and evenly spread the radiation heat.
2. Dump entire bottle of Russian Dressing over beef roast (use store bought dressing or the one that you’ve made with the ingredients listed above. Mix those ingredients in a bowl and taste the consistency. No taste should be too overwhelming and you got a perfect ratio).
3. Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours.
