Beef over Potato recipe

|500 g||minced beef|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|240 ml||babecue sauce|
|2 large||potatoes, peeled, left whole|
|60 g||Cheddar cheese, grated|
Brown ground beef and onion over medium heat 8-10 minutes. Pour off drippings and stir barbecue sauce into beef; cover and simmer overlow heat for about 10 minutes.
Cook potatoes until tender. Cut potatoes in half. Quarter each half and place on four serving plates. Top with beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
