Ingredients

500 g beef filet, cut in small slices
½ tbsp dry sherry (or dry white wine)
½ tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
some oil for frying
1 medium onion, cut into big pieces
3 tbsp Sa Tsa sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp sugar

Instructions

Marinate the beef strips with a mixture of dry sherry, water, soy sauce and cornstarch.

Heat the wok with some oil and fry the marinated beef. Set aside.

Fry the onion in the oil and add the beef. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to the pan. Fry very short on high heat.

Serve with rice.
