Beef on Sa Tsa Sauce recipe

Ingredients
500 g | beef filet, cut in small slices |
½ tbsp | dry sherry (or dry white wine) |
½ tbsp | water |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
some | oil for frying |
1 medium | onion, cut into big pieces |
3 tbsp | Sa Tsa sauce |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
½ tbsp | sugar |
Instructions
Marinate the beef strips with a mixture of dry sherry, water, soy sauce and cornstarch.
Heat the wok with some oil and fry the marinated beef. Set aside.
Fry the onion in the oil and add the beef. Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to the pan. Fry very short on high heat.
Serve with rice.
