Beef kebab on vegetables recipe details
Ingredients
1 | eggplant, diced |
1 | onion, chopped |
8 | cherry tomatoes |
1 | green capsicum, diced |
1 | zucchini, diced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
250 | minced beef |
1 | egg |
salt and pepper | |
rosemary | |
paprika powder | |
some | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
oil for frying |
Instructions
Mix the beef with the egg and season very well. Form 2cm thick kebabs and fry in hot oil.Meanwhile in a different pan heat some oil and add garlic and onion. Then add eggplant and capsicum and fry for 8 minutes. Now add the zucchini and cherry tomatoes and fry for another 10 minutes. Season well.
Serve the vegetables on a plate with the kebabs on top and Parmesan cheese for the table.
